Before You Reach Out
Our current operations are based in Cairo, Egypt, with a Riyadh headquarters opening soon. We serve clients across the entire MENA region — including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and North Africa. For large-scale projects, we travel to client sites. For most projects, we work efficiently remotely with regular video calls and structured review processes.
Every project is scoped to your specific goal, audience, and interactivity level required. We don't publish fixed pricing because the range is genuinely wide — a Level 1 course for 500 employees is a very different scope from a Level 4 VR simulation. After a discovery conversation, you'll receive a clear, itemized proposal with no surprise line items.
The three most useful things to know: (1) The business problem or learning outcome you're trying to solve. (2) Who the learners are and roughly how many. (3) Any hard constraints — timeline, budget ballpark, existing LMS. You don't need a full brief — we'll help you shape it during the call.
Absolutely — government and public sector clients are a significant part of our work. We understand procurement processes, data sensitivity requirements, bilingual content needs, and the cultural context of GCC governance. We're experienced with RFI/RFP processes and can provide the documentation government entities typically require.
Yes. We build all courses to SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI (Tin Can) standards, which are compatible with virtually all LMS platforms — Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Saba, LearnWorlds, TalentLMS, Blackboard, and others. We handle integration testing and setup as part of every project scope.
Arabic is our primary language — we design in Arabic first, natively. Not translated, but culturally authentic from the ground up. We also produce English content and bilingual (Arabic + English) courses. For regional dialects (Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian), we work with native speakers to ensure authentic tone and register.
