Level 3 · Complex Interaction

12 branching scenarios with a gamified challenge ladder reflecting real customer interactions. Representatives competed on an anonymized leaderboard, earning points for empathy and technique.
Level 4 · Full Immersion

The most advanced tier. Serious games, high-fidelity VR/AR, and AI that adapts in real time. Learners don't make choices on a screen — they step inside a lifelike environment and practice until competence becomes instinct.

High-fidelity VR replica of the actual platform. Game-based challenge structure with AI escalation. Technicians practiced shutdown sequences safely before real-world certification.
